AceShowbiz - %cSam Claflin% and %cLaura Haddock% are officially a family of four. Claflin recently confirmed on BBC Radio 2's "The Chris Evans Breakfast Show" that Haddock gave birth to their second child, a baby girl.
"I had one. Well, my wife had one!" he said with a laugh. "A second addition." The radio host then asked how old the baby was, to which he replied, "Just a little old. She's very new. New and shiny. I, however, am not. It's happy news."
Prior to the interview, "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" actor told fellow guest %cGeri Halliwell% that he had a diaper changing accident with his newborn earlier in the morning. "She peed on you this morning," she said. "That's what you said earlier." Claflin added, "Whoever told you that girls don't wee as much as boys, is an absolute liar."
The fiercely private couple never officially announced the news of Haddock's second pregnancy, but the "Guardians of the Galaxy" actress debuted her baby bump back in October last year while attending an event in London. She showed off her growing belly in a pink Emilia Wickstead dress.
Claflin and Haddock started dating in 2011 after meeting at the audition of "My Week with Marilyn". They later tied the knot in 2013. "To have a wife with such wondrous, creative imagination, who planned every inch of it, made the day all more special," Claflin said of his wife in 2014. "Every five seconds I find myself falling harder and deeper in love with her."
The pair welcomed their first child together, a boy named Pip, in December 2015. However, they never showed pictures of their child as they wanted to keep him away from the entertainment industry. "I don't want to force my child into a world that he may or may not wish to go into," he said, joking, "He might want to be a banker and change his surname for all I know."
