Quavo has another brush with the law. The Migos member has been accused of assault and robbery during a brawl at a Grammy after party. The alleged victim, Eric the Jeweler, reported the incident to law enforcement on Tuesday morning, January 30.

According to TMZ's sources, the famous jeweler and the Migos rapper were partying with another man at 1Oak nightclub in NYC on early Monday morning, around 4:03 A.M., when smack talk over money Quavo allegedly owes Eric turned physical.

Eric, who has made pieces for the likes of Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent and French Montana, claimed that Quavo and the other man suddenly attacked him. Sources say the other man wasn't Quavo's groupmate Offset or Takeoff.

Eric eventually left the club immediately after the altercation with minor injuries to his face. But as he left the club, he noticed that his $30,000 chain was missing. That's why he also filed a robbery report with the cops.

NYPD reportedly wants to talk to each member of Migos as well as their manager. They also want to review security cam footage from 1Oak.

A rep for Quavo and Migos has not responded to the police report.

It's not the first time Quavo will have to deal with the authorities. In April 2015, police stopped a Migos concert at Georgia Southern University and arrested all three members of the group, as well as several members of their entourage. Quavo was charged with possession of an unspecified Schedule II narcotic, possession of marijuana, possession of a firearm in a school safety zone, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. He was released from jail on bond and later pleaded no contest to misdemeanor marijuana charges and received a 12-month sentence, which was suspended based on payment of fines.
