Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi and Jionni LaValle were recently reported having marriage trouble. Not letting the rumors spread like wild fire, Jionni took to Instagram on Tuesday, January 9 to deny the divorce reports once and for all.
"Hey Guys, Im going to visit this subject one time and one time only so.......," he began his post. "My wife is filming a scene packing up and leaving for her new show and I AM CHOOSING TO NOT be on TV because I simply DO NOT like it."
"Nicole and I are doing great and became even stronger together while raising out beautiful kids. HOWEVER you will not see me on her reality show. Being a reality star was never something I wanted to be when I grow up," he explained.
Jionni added, "I own my own business and work hard at it, that's what I do. My wife is a reality star and works hard at that, that's what she does. We ARE not divorced. For the HATERS I hope this message finds you and confuses you even more about life and for the FANS of my wife and her show ...I got your back!!! God Bless Yas!"
It's not clear why the divorce rumors sparked. The couple, who tied the knot in a "Great Gatsby"-themed wedding in Garfield, New Jersey, in November 2014, welcomed their son Lorenzo Dominic LaValle on August 26, 2012 and daughter Giovanna Marie LaValle on September 26, 2014.
MTV recently announced a "Jersey Shore" revival titled "Jersey Shore Family Vacation" that will bring back the original cast together, minus Sammi Giancola. Meanwhile, Snooki, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, Deena Nicole Cortese, Paul "DJ Pauly D" Delvecchio, Jennifer "JWoww" Farley, Vinny Guadagnino and Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino have signed up for the new series.
The show is expected to feature the stars' spouses and their kids. It is scheduled to air sometime this year.
