The Cosmopolitan has issued a no trespassing notice to Simpson after he allegedly got boozed up and became unruly during his last visit.

Just a little over a month since he's released from prison, O.J. Simpson already caused quite a scene. The former NFL star was reportedly kicked off out the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas on Wednesday night, November 8 for getting wasted and becoming unruly.

According to TMZ, at around midnight, Simpson was drunk and became disruptive at the Clique bar inside the hotel. The site reports that the 70-year-old was angry at hotel staff and glasses broke at the bar. Security showed up and removed Simpson from the hotel. He reportedly was nice to the security guards.

Simpson had been hitting up bars and hotels in Las Vegas since his release from prison last month. A video taken by an onlooker earlier on Wednesday night showed Simpson appearing to be in good spirits, smiling while strolling through the hotel.

Following the incident, the Cosmopolitan has issued a no trespassing notice to Simpson. That means he is not allowed to step on the hotel property for any reason from now on, his lawyer Malcolm LaVergne has confirmed to ABC News. The Cosmopolitan refused to comment further on the incident and its decision to ban Simpson.

Simpson was released from the Lovelock Correctional Center in Lovelock, Nevada on October 1, after serving nine years for the crimes he committed in 2007. Simpson, who was sentenced to 33 years imprisonment in 2008 for kidnapping and armed robbery in Las Vegas in 2007, was granted parole in July through parole hearing. He will remain on parole until September 29, 2022.

Under the conditions set by the Nevada parole board, Simpson is banned from consuming alcohol in large quantities or hanging out with ex-convicts or people who engage in criminal activity during his parole period.
