AceShowbiz - Are Kim Kardashian and Kanye West expecting twins? Just hours after the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star sparked speculation that she's expecting two babies with her rapper husband, her surrogate, who is reportedly six months pregnant, was spotted with a rather large baby bump.
Kim sent her fans into a frenzy on Monday, October 23 with a single question that read, "Anyone know who makes the best double stroller? Not a tiny compact one but regular size." They immediately freaked out that their idol's stroller request meant she could be having twin babies.

But Kim quickly set the record straight after her reply section was flooded with her fans' comments, asking her if she's expecting twins. Telling them to chill out, the 37-year-old reality TV star tweeted, "I have two kids people!!!! LOL," referring to 4-year-old daughter North and 1-year-old son Saint.

Despite Kim's denial, her surrogate was photographed in the following day flaunting a much bigger baby bump, further fueling speculation that the KKW Beauty owner's having two babies. In some photos obtained by Daily Mail, the college graduate showed off her burgeoning belly in a Nike T-shirt and rolled-up shorts as she was getting into a black sedan.
And guess what? In 2015, Kim told Ellen DeGeneres that a psychic relayed she would have twins in 2018. "A psychic emailed me the other day and said, 'You're gonna have twins in 2018,' " she said. Kim did not take kindly to the premonition, so she further told the host, "I was like, 'Lose my email.' "
Kim confirmed in an episode of "KUWTK" that she and Kanye were expecting again with a surrogate. She broke the news to her sister Khloe Kardashian. Sitting on bed while FaceTiming Khloe, Kim teased, "What happens every time I say, 'Guess what?' " Her younger sister smiled and replied, "Pregnant, or the person's pregnant." Kim quickly confirmed, "We're having a baby!"
