Jennifer Aniston decided to leave her bra at home when stepping out to a dermatology clinic in Beverly Hills on Tuesday, October 17. The 48-year-old actress was photographed wearing nothing but a thin white T-shirt and a pair of boyfriend jeans, flashing her nipples to the onlookers.

The "Friends" alum kept her style casual as she paired the look with a stylish brown Gucci belt, matching bag and a pair of oversized black sunglasses. She completed her style for the outing with white sneakers and hoop earrings as she styled her blonde locks in a messy bun.

She went make-up free for the outing, showing off her clear and glowing complexion. The actress was seen carrying a smartphone in one hand, while another one holding a bottle of mineral water.

It came following the news of her donating $1 million to charity after Hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Maria wreaked havoc in the U.S.A., with $500,000 earmarked for the American Red Cross, PEOPLE reported. Meanwhile, the other half went to the Ricky Martin Foundation, aimed at relief efforts in Puerto Rico.

The 45-year-old Latin singer took to his Twitter account to applaud the A-list actress for her good deed. "Jennifer Aniston U R amazing Thanx 4 donating $500k for our #PuertoRico relief fund. We will never forget. U R saving lives Jenn #Allin4PR," the "La Vida Loca" singer wrote.

Besides Jennifer, a slew of big names also donated to the Ricky Martin Foundation, including Ellen DeGeneres, Alec Baldwin and Leonardo DiCaprio. The site stated that the foundation so far has raised $3 million in hurricane relief efforts.
