Scarlett Johansson is officially single again. The "Ghost in the Shell" star has finalized her divorce from her French husband Romain Dauriac, as well as settled their custody battle.

According to Page Six, the now-former couple submitted a sealed settlement in Manhattan Supreme Court on Tuesday, September 12. "We remain close friends and co-parents with a shared commitment to raising our daughter in a loving and compassionate environment," they said in a joint statement on Wednesday, September 13.

Back in March, Johansson filed divorce papers, asking for a primary physical custody of their 3-year-old daughter Rose Dorothy Dauriac. Dauriac fought the request, insisting that the kid be raised in France as Johansson's hectic schedule requires heavy traveling. The art collector's lawyer, Harold Mayerson, stated at that time, "He believes that her schedule makes it impossible for her to have [primary] physical custody."

The "Captain America: Civil War" actress was married to Dauriac in a private wedding ceremony in Montana in 2014. They later decided to split with Scarlett stating in court papers at the time that their marriage was "irretrievably broken." Prior to marrying Dauriac, the 32-year-old star was married to Ryan Reynolds in 2008 before splitting in 2011.

Johansson is now romantically linked to "Saturday Night Live" star Colin Jost. They sparked dating rumor after the two were spotted making out at "Saturday Night Live" season 42 wrap party. "They were holding hands and looked like they were getting cozy," said a source. "They would make out a bit, then go back to talking. They were at the bar in front of everyone... they made out at least twice... Then they went back to talking and hanging with other people."

They were also seen having a romantic moment as they were kissing in the rain while dancing to the performance of Diana Ross during a Hamptons party over Labor Day weekend. According to witnesses, the alleged couple "kissed outside and didn't care that it was raining."
