AceShowbiz - %cLiam Payne% is proud of his ripped muscle, and he doesn't shy to show it off. The %cOne Direction% star has taken to Instagram to treat his loyal followers to a video taken from his workout session inside his private gym. Going topless, Liam puts his rippling abs and tattoos on full display as he performs pull-ups.
The "Stripped That Down" hitmaker seems to take his fitness routine very seriously. Stripping down to just black shorts, Liam shows off his bulging muscles as he hangs from the bar and pulls his knees up to his chest. He looks determined to complete the push-ups before dropping the handles off at the end of the clip.
As expected, the singer sends fans into frenzy with the video. "God Liam! You want to kill us? How will my mind stay now after that?" a fan writes in the comment section. Meanwhile, another fan doesn't understand Liam's intention of posting the clip, commenting, "This is one of the most uncomfortable things I've ever watched."
Liam's collaborator on "Get Low", %cZedd%, notices that the father-of-one only lifts his legs instead of his body during the pull-up session. The EDM artist hilariously writes along with a laughing emoji, "Bro, do you even lift?!"
Liam's physique has noticeably transformed over the years. Prior to this, the singer revealed that he gained some weight because of his drinking habit. "I started drinking a lot and I began to get a bit tubbier," he said. "In fact, because of that I was getting fat jibes all the time, which hurt me...I'm not afraid to say I went through a pretty bad stage. And for that time in my life, that was perfect for me."
However, Liam then decided to religiously hit the gym. His driving instuctor Noel Gaughan previously said, "When I was with him recently, he went all day on just coffee and KitKats--five days in a row. He said he didn't want to feel full when he wasn't exercising. That's all he allowed himself. Liam's got his own gym which he showed me around. It's amazing. He even showed me his six pack--and when he hugged me I could really feel his muscles."
