Taraji P. Henson looks absolutely fierce with her new hairdo. The 46-year-old actress totally pulled off her daring look while appearing at FOX's panel of the 2017 Summer Television Critics Association Press Tour in Beverly Hills, California on Tuesday, August 8 alongside her "Empire" co-stars.
Rocking her natural curls, Taraji looked incredible with her simple, yet elegant style. "The Karate Kid" actress sported a white tunic over black pants and accessorized with big hoop earrings and a Gucci belt. She completed her look with a pair of strappy Malone Souliers heels.
During the panel, the actress revealed she thought the short 'do would make fans easily set her apart from her character Cookie, but it apparently didn't help at all. Taraji said fans would approach her and say, " 'Cookie, I like your new cut, girl.' " The Oscar-nominated actress shared, "Cookie doesn't even wear this hair!"
The new hairdo is Taraji's most daring cut to date. She has had several hairstyles this year, including blonde bob and ombre pompadour 'do. Prior to the TCA panel, she showed off her new short hair at 2017 BET's Black Girls Rock Awards.
