'Brooks was driving and it was just the two of them cruising around,' says a source of the couple's arrival at their field wedding in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.

AceShowbiz - More details of Julianne Hough and Brooks Laich's wedding have been unveiled. The couple tied the knot on a grassy field in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho near her family home on Saturday, July 8 and the groom started the day by visiting the local barbershop with his groomsmen that morning.

Julianne and her bridesmaids, including Nina Dobrev, got ready at her parents' house. She had her wedding dress on by 9 A.M. and later headed to the shore of Lake Coeur d'Alene to take photos. The "Dancing with the Stars" judge wore a strapless custom Marchesa gown and double-tiered cathedral-length veil.

Brooks, meanwhile, donned a black and white Brooks Brothers tuxedo. After the two got dressed, they took photos together in the afternoon on the house's balcony, which overlooks the lake, before the ceremony.

"When it was time for the ceremony, Julianne and Brooks took a boat ride to the ceremony in a beautiful wooden boat," a source tells E! News of the couple's unusual arrival. "Brooks was driving and it was just the two of them cruising around. Julianne was laughing as her veil flew in her face and she tried to keep it on. She sat on the back of the boat and put her arm around Brooks. It was very romantic and a unique way to make their grand entrance."

The source goes on sharing, "They were very relaxed and didn't seem nervous at all. As they pulled up to the ceremony site, Julianne waved to all the guests. She was very confident and excited." The couple arrived in the field around 6 P.M.

Still according to the source, the bridal party took part in a long processional alongside a wood plank aisle aligned with flower boxes. The groomsmen, wearing dark colored tuxedos, walked first in and the bridesmaids followed in different blush colored gowns. The bride's brother Derek Hough served a groomsman.

Julianne's dad walked her down the aisle. "The ceremony lasted 15 minutes and at the end, paper confetti shot up from all sides in the air. People were cheering and whistling. Julianne raised her arms in the air as they were announced as Mr. and Mrs. Brooks and Julianne Laich," the source dishes on the "very fun wedding."

The guests, which included Aaron Paul and "DWTS" pro Mark Ballas, enjoyed cocktails and dinner at a reception held at the same location. "At the end of the night, they shot off fireworks over the lake."

On the same day, "DWTS" pros Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd also exchanged wedding vows in a romantic sunset ceremony at Oheka Castle in Long Island, New York. The ceremony was attended by Maksim's brother Valentin Chmerkovskiy, "DWTS" stars Sharna Burgess, Toni Dovolani, Jenna Johnson and Witney Carson as well as former "DWTS" contestants Rumer Willis, Nyle DiMarco and Candace Cameron Bure.
