AceShowbiz - The truth behind "American Idol" casting scandal has been exposed. Execs behind the show's reboot are so desperate to make the next round of the show a success that they've hired a superstar casting agency to find great ringers.
Rumor has it, a casting agency behind MTV's "The Real World" is looking for singers who want a chance to become the next Kelly Clarkson. "Doron Ofir Casting is proud to announce that we are now casting in coordination with 'American Idol' for the country's most talented, unique, and inspiring solo singers from around the country between the ages of 15 - 28 years old," reads the casting call obtained by Radar Online.
Instead of waiting in line in a city to join audition, singers who connect with the casting agency will get a massive perk and advantage over the other "Idol" hopefuls.
"Every year, tens of thousands of hopefuls from across the nation audition for a shot at stardom," continues the casting call, "This is your chance to get an exclusive invitation to audition directly for the executive producer."
A representative for "American Idol" hasn't responded to a request for comment. Previously, Katy Perry was confirmed as the first judge of its 16th season on a new network.
