AceShowbiz - Before releasing their final, self-titled album "TLC" this month, TLC has provided a music video for a single titled "Way Back" from the upcoming set. The visuals for the Snoop Dogg-assisted track marks the group's first video in more than fourteen years since 2003's "Damaged".
Directed by LCR$, the clip finds Rozonda Thomas and Tionne Watkins in a summer party in a house full of friends and dancers. The duo seem to have fun as they deliver their verses over classic '90 bop music. Their collaborator, Snoop, then appears onscreen with a green screen performance, spitting his bars while moving his body with a sexy dancer.
"TLC" is a fan-funded album. The set will hit the shelves on June 30. T-Boz and Chilli will celebrate the LP release with "I Love the '90s: The Party Continues Tour" which will kick off on July 7, with special guests Naughty by Nature, Biz Markie, Montell Jordan, Sugar Ray's Mark McGrath and more.
The group previously claimed that the upcoming effort would "stay true to the TLC sound, always confronting the real issues and life experiences that we all must face every single day, everywhere." They added, "We write music that people relate to... timeless music. No matter the trends, we feel like our music is always relevant."
