"Happy birthday Gregg!!!!" Thorne captioned a photo of her wearing a black lace bikini while lying on top of the birthday boy, who went shirtless and was lying on a pool chair. "I love you :)) always been such a wonderful person:) glad we are here through thick and thin. Let's party you old man!!"
The 19-year-old actress helped the "Pretty Little Liars" alum celebrate his 25th birthday at a pool party in Los Angeles. She previously took to Snapchat to show that she spent Sunday together with her former lover at the Malibu beach party for rapper G-Eazy's 28th birthday.
Thorne returned to L.A. from Cannes on Friday, May 26, when she told her social media followers that she "couldn't be happier." On Thursday, she took to Twitter to say that "this #cannes fancy life isn't for me," adding that she was doing "legit nothing" with Disick after he ditched her for his ex Chloe Bartoli.
