Blac Chyna is planning to go under the knife for a new face to match her new post-baby body. She wants to tone down her look and reportedly has been having top secret meetings with a surgeon regarding the matter.
"She thinks she looks way too masculine and wants to lose the extreme angles on her cheeks and jaw," says a friend to OK!. The source continues, "Her surgeon thinks she should get a chin implant rather than a facelift and rethink her filler routine."
