The First Lady of the United States refuses to hold hands with her husband again upon arriving in Rome after previously 'swatting his hand away' in Israel.

Melania Trump seems to be banning President Donald Trump from initiating any kind of physical contact with her. The First Lady of the United States rejected Trump's attempt to hold her hand by "fixing" her hair when he was about to reach her hand upon arriving in Rome, Italy on Tuesday, May 23.
As the couple exited Air Force One, Trump tried to grab his wife's hand, but the former model immediately made herself busy by tucking her hair behind her ears. Trump tried to hide the awkward moment by slightly tapping her butt.

Mrs. Trump's rejection became a hot topic on Twitter, with many users complimenting her behavior toward Trump. "I'm gaining a little respect for Melania. I predict she will never move to the [White House]. When he's no longer POTUS, I think she'll ditch him," a user tweeted. "That has got to be the slickest 'Not Happening' move in First Lady history lmao," another wrote. One user decided to mock Trump, tweeting, "I'm surprised he hasn't just started using the emergency slide so he can avoid stairs and go 'weeeeeee.' "
The day before, Mrs. Trump also refused to hold hands with Trump during their trip to Israel. She was seen swatting his hand away as he attempted to grab her hand. The mother of Barron Trump just continued walking without even glancing at her husband.
