The 'Baywatch' alum was spotted on the beach in Miami with his fiancee, also named Hayley (Roberts), when his daughter was arrested for a suspected DUI over the weekend.

David Hasselhoff went vacationing to Miami when his daughter Hayley was arrested for a suspected DUI over the weekend. The 24-year-old actress was jailed after police found her passed out behind the wheel of her car on the freeway in L.A. on early Saturday morning, May 13.
According to a police report obtained by TMZ, Hayley was found asleep in the driver's seat with her foot on the brake of her white Mercedes-Benz. At around 4 A.M, the vehicle was stopped on the Fallbrook off-ramp of the 101 freeway.
When authorities arrived, they were able to wake the "Sharknado: The 4th Awakens" actress after knocking on her window. They quickly gained control of the car and got Hayley out of it. Allegedly smelling of booze, she failed a field sobriety test. She was later arrested for DUI and taken to a nearby hospital to be evaluated.
While his daughter was taken to a nearby jail once she was medically cleared, David was spotted on the beach in Miami with his fiancee, also named Hayley (Roberts), who is almost thirty years his junior. He was actually in Miami for the premiere of new movie "Baywatch". The star of the original series was joined by The Rock and Zac Efron among others.
