The former husband of Mama June denies her abuse allegations, saying that she lies because 'she's pissed at me.'

AceShowbiz - Mike Thompson a.k.a Sugar Bear denied all abuse allegations made by his ex-wife June Shannon a.k.a Mama June. The "Mama June: From Not to Hot" star recently revealed the truth behind her marriage to Sugar Bear and his relationship with their daughters on "The Wendy Williams Show" on April 11.
Mama June alleged that her former husband was "very emotionally and physically" abusive. "There was a lot of stuff that was hid for many, many years," she said. "In this episode, y'all are going to be shocked."
The "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" star still had more secrets to unveil, saying that Sugar Bear did not have any relationship with her daughter Alana Thompson a.k.a. Honey Boo Boo and he injured her other daughter Lauryn Thompson a.k.a Pumpkin. "Pumpkin's eye, that was his fault. The thing that we were showing on 'Honey Boo Boo', we never did," she said.
Sugar Bear denied Mama June's allegations in an interview with Entertainment Tonight. "The abuse allegations are not true," he stated. "It is not true, any of it. June won't let me see or talk to Alana." He continued, "I have text messages where I text June and try to talk to Alana, but no response back from her."
Alana gave more details about her relationship with her father in a previous interview with Entertainment Tonight, saying that he rarely called her and he made fun of her size. "He calls me every once in a blue moon, so if there's a blue moon outside, he's going to call me," she said. "The other day we were on the phone... and we were talking about something, and he was like, 'I need to cut my grass,' so I was like, 'Yeah, I'll come do it. I'm [going to] need a ride mower,' and he said, 'You're gonna need a push mower, 'cause it wouldn't hurt.' "
In response to his daughter's story, the husband of Jennifer Lamb said, "I have never told Alana to lose weight or said anything to Alana about her weight." He further claimed that Mama June was a liar, saying, "June's a damn liar. I would never hurt Alana in any way."
"Everything I've said is the truth," Sugar Bear added. "I'm just tired of being put down for it. June is saying these things because she's pissed at me. I never hurt any kid."
