AceShowbiz - Mariah Carey is known for her lavish lifestyle. According to a new report from Life & Style magazine, the "All I Want for Christmas Is You" hitmaker, who likes to be spoiled when she's in a relationship, even gives her beau Bryan Tanaka money to shower her with presents.
A source reveals to the magazine that the busty diva, who is worth about $520 million, is aware of the fact that her beau doesn't earn nearly as much as she does. Allegedly finding a way for the backup dancer to spoil her, the "I Don't" singer is said giving him $25,000 a month so he can buy her gifts.
"Mariah gives Bryan $25,000 a month so he can buy her gifts," a so-called source tells the magazine. The alleged insider adds that the mother of twins Moroccan and Monroe "doesn't care that he's using her money to do it."
The news outlet further notes that Mariah's ex-fiance, billionaire James Packer, used to shower her with expensive presents regularly when they were engaged. And she allegedly simply wants "the same treatment from Bryan" as she is said to enjoy "opening gifts."
However, the report made by Life & Style magazine turns out to be false. A rep for Mariah tells Gossip Cop that the story is simply "not true." A close pal of the "We Belong Together" singer also assures, "[Bryan] makes his own money, and what he can afford, he buys her," adding, "Whenever he gets her something, it's appreciated."
