Though they are no longer an item, Scott Disick apparently still has feeling for his ex-girlfriend, Kourtney Kardashian. In a new sneak peek of the April 9 episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians", the 33-year-old entertainer/businessman admits that he's "still turned on" by his baby mama, before calling her the love of his life.

In the clip, Khloe and Kim Kardashian ask Scott about the status of his on-/off-relationship with their older sister after the couple took a trip to Mexico together. "Get any tickling down there? Like, when you and Kourt kiss, 'cause you know you want it to work…," Khloe asks him, before Scott responds, "I kissed her goodnight. She didn't kiss me back when we were together."

"But so, did your sausage like move in your pants a little 'cause it got excited?" the "Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian" star coyly asks Scott. "I'm still turned on by her, if that's what you're asking," the father-of-three replies, before telling Khloe that he and Kourtney are not currently seeing each other at the moment. "I mean, I technically could I guess. But I just don't feel comfortable," he says.

Kim joins in on the interrogation, asking Scott if he's frustrated because Kourtney's "lagging" to get back together. "I mean, she's a tough girl," he says, admitting, "She's the love of my life, but I try to do everything to be there for her and there's literally no appreciation for anything ever." The clip then cuts to a solo interview of Scott who says, "I just hope that one day she understands that I would never wanna be with anybody but her."

Scott and Kourtney were recently spotted on a family vacation in Hawaii. They took their kids, Reign, Mason and Penelope, onboard while enjoying a tour of the set of Jurassic World. The pair shared on Instagram a slew of photos from their getaway, which also included a visit to Waimea Falls in Waimea Valley in Oahu.
