The 'Jason Bourne' actor's allegedly 'been trying to set Ben up with different women' as he wants his best friend to find someone new after splitting from Jennifer for nearly two years.

Matt Damon apparently could not stand seeing his best friend Ben Affleck living alone for too long. According to a new report from In Touch, the "Jason Bourne" actor is urging the Batman depicter to find someone new after splitting from Jennifer Garner for nearly two years.
Matt is allegedly playing matchmaker and trying to set his pal up on several dates. "He's been trying to set Ben up with different women," a source reveals to the publication. "First Matt introduced him to one of his wife Luciana's friends in Florida, but that didn't works out."
The source adds that the 46-year-old actor even "suggested Ben call up one of his exes like Jennifer Lopez but Ben shot down the idea." The "Justice League" actor's said to beg "Matt to lay off this Cupid stuff but Matt refused. He just want to see Ben happy and is concerned that he is going to end up alone."
Ben was recently reported to move back in with his estranged wife Jennifer amid rumors she's ready to file for divorce from him. "This is what Jen has been praying for!" an insider previously revealed. "She never wanted a divorce, but felt she had no other options."
"Finally, Ben has sobered up enough to come home. The kids are thrilled Daddy is finally back," added the insider. "The three of them - and Jen - are only hoping that this time it's for good."
