AceShowbiz - An extended trailer for "Fifty Shades Darker" has been released by Universal Pictures. It contains lots of "darker" footage from the upcoming R-rated romantic movie, including a helicopter crash, a vandalized sports car and a scary female stalker who turns out to be Leia (%cBella Heathcote%), the former lover of %cJamie Dornan%'s Christian Grey.
Set to the backdrop of %cZayn Malik% and %cTaylor Swift%'s "I Don't Wanna Live Forever", the newly-released video shows Leia confronting Ana (%cDakota Johnson%) in a room. "Tell me what you have that I don't," she asks Ana while pointing a gun at her. She is seen pulling the trigger as Christian enters the room at the end of the video.
"Fifty Shades Darker" will arrive in U.S. theaters on February 10. It follows a wounded Christian who tries to entice a cautious Ana back into his life, but she demands a new arrangement before she will give him another chance. As the two begin to build trust and find stability, shadowy figures from Christian's past start to circle the couple, determined to destroy their hopes for a future together.
Directed by James Foley, the follow-up to "Fifty Shades of Grey" also sees the return of %cMarcia Gay Harden%, %cJennifer Ehle%, %cLuke Grimes%, %cRita Ora%, %cVictor Rasuk% and %cEloise Mumford%. They are joined by %cKim Basinger% and %cEric Johnson (III)%, who will play Christian's first "teacher" named Elena and his love rival named Jack Hyde respectively.
