AceShowbiz - Is Kristin Cavallari expecting her fourth child with her husband Jay Cutler? The former "The Hills" star sparks pregnancy rumors after posting on Instagram a photo of her sporting what appears to be a baby bump.

Kristin appears to announce her fourth pregnancy on the photo sharing site as she cryptically captions the picture, "Twinning." She also appears to cover her supposed bump with an oversized knit sweater while posing in the snowy backyard with her hubby.

Some fans are wondering whether Kristin is pregnant again. "Is she pregnant again?" a fan comments. "Pregnant??? I do believe so," a second fan writes, while another one adds, "Do I spy a buuuuuuump?"

Other fans claim Kristin may not be pregnant as she wears heeled boots in the picture. A fan points out, "She's most def not pregnant - she was out with Scotty drinking champs per her snaps two nights ago. It's just the sweater."
