Chris Pratt has been pulling pranks on his "Passengers (2016)" co-star Jennifer Lawrence by cutting her out of pictures he shared on Instagram. Now, Lawrence has finally got revenge on him with the help of Jimmy Kimmel.
Visiting "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" on Monday, December 12, the Oscar-winning actress was shown several pictures that Pratt posted on his Instagram account. "It's always a bad sign when Chris seems sincere about something," she said about her co-star's antics.
When asked by Kimmel whether she would just take it or do something about it, Lawrence said, "F**k it I'm going to do something about it." They then headed out of the Hollywood Masonic Temple where a bus ad for "Passengers" then rolled up.
Lawrence, with the help of Kimmel and Guillermo Rodriguez, defaced the bus with spray paint. Kimmel covered several letters in the word "Passengers" to spell "ass" and defaced Pratt's name to read as just "rat." Lawrence also added devil eyes on Pratt's face.
"Passengers" stars Lawrence and Pratt as the only passengers awaken on a spaceship transporting them to a new life on another planet. They begin to fall in love, only to be threatened by the imminent collapse of the ship and the discovery of the truth behind why they woke up. The movie is set to be released in theaters across the nation on December 21.
