Vicki Gunvalson's topless photo has triggered an FBI porn complaint. The picture was allegedly taken by Vicki's "The Real Housewives of Orange County" co-star Tamra Judge while they were on a retreat in Dublin.
Production sources tell TMZ that Tamra sent the NSFW pic of Vicki to other cast members and producers with some snarky comments. Somehow, the photo ended up on a Twitter account of a 15-year-old girl and Rosalie, a woman who saw it made a complaint to FBI.
Rosalie alleges in her complaint, "Tamara Judge ... sent a nude photograph of an acquaintance of hers (taken at a small gathering) to a FIFTEEN YEAR OLD girl & asked her to distribute it online in an effort to humiliate & harass one Vicki Gunvalson."
Sources close to Tamra deny she leaked the photo or in any way facilitate it getting into the hands of a minor. According to law enforcement sources, the FBI is evaluating the complaint but has not yet opened a formal investigation.
The topless picture was taken when castmate Heather Dubrow was FaceTiming her husband Terry Dubrow, who's a "Botched" plastic surgeon, and Vicki wanted him to examine her uneven nipples.
