AceShowbiz - This is just getting real - "Pretty Little Liars" is nearing its end. The cast have been filming the series finale and there's apparently only a few days left before they all leave Rosewood for good. For several stars, Friday, October 14 was their last day filming the Freeform series.

Holly Marie Combs, Laura Leighton and Lesley Fera, who played the Liars' moms, filmed their last scenes for the teen drama series that day. It was, of course, a sad day on the set as they bid farewell to each other as well as their on-screen daughters.

Series creator I. Marlene King posted on Instagram a video of Combs, Leighton and Fera sharing a group hug on the set. "I can't say goodbye so I'll say goodnight to our PLL mom's," King captioned it, "Thank god you got out of the basement! Love you!"

Lucy Hale, Ashley Benson and Troian Bellisario also took to their own Instagram accounts to post pictures with their respective on-screen mom. "That's a series wrap on my amazing work mama. You're the coolest," Hale wrote along with a photo of her hugging Combs.

Benson echoed the sentiment as she said goodbye to Leighton. "That's a wrap on my beautiful amazing mommy. I love you moms," she captioned their selfie.

Bellisario and her on-screen mom Fera perfectly captured the emotion in a picture posted by the former. "7 years ain't enough," the Spencer depicter wrote in the caption.

Combs also posted an emotional message on her Instagram account to mark the end of an era. "And just like that 7 years flew by," she wrote. "And Ella is wrapped. Thank you @imarleneking for allowing Ella's spirit, warmth and softness to be a part of me for so long. Thank you to the PLL crew for being so good natured and hardworking deep in the trenches through many dark nights and til many a dawn's light. And thank you to the PLL fans for your undying dedication and support. Til we meet again."
