AceShowbiz - Donald Trump gave everyone more reasons to criticize him during the first 2016 presidential debate on Monday, September 26. While he was busy arguing with opponent Hillary Clinton at Hofstra University in Long Island, New York, #TrumpSniffles became a trending topic across the nation after many Twitter users noticed that the controversial real-estate tycoon sniffed a lot.
Several commenters found it funny since Trump mocked Clinton's battle with pneumonia just a few weeks ago. "Trump was making fun of Hillary's health but if he sniffs 1 more time i'm calling 911," one person tweeted. "Is Donald Trump coming down with a case of... *sniffles* pneumonia?" another joked.
Some people are saying I snorted cocaine before the #debates causing my #sniffles. No folks. I'm just this brand of crazy on my own.

One of the most notable commenters was the former Governor of Vermont, Howard Dean, who offered a very interesting theory about why Trump was sniffling so much. "Notice Trump sniffing all the time. Coke user?" he wrote.

Trump's sniffles weren't the only thing people talked about that night. The 70-year-old businessman was also mocked for drinking too much water during the debate. Ironically, he once made fun of Florida Senator Marco Rubio for the latter's excessive water drinking at the 2013 State of the Union address.
"Donald Trump pulls Marco Rubio. Drinks water repeatedly. #debatenight #Debates2016," a Twitter user wrote. "Trump drinking a lot of water. Who does he think he is? Marco Rubio? #debatenight," another said.

"I've never in my lifetime seen babbling incoherence on a Presidential debate stage like Trump is displaying tonight. I'm in a nightmare," Seth MacFarlane wrote. Leslie Jones agreed, "OMG I'm sorry y'all not only does he make no sense and saying nothing. He is just petty. He is isn't saying anything helpful at all!!" Sarah Hyland said, "GIVE @HillaryClinton HER TWO MINUTES!!!!!! STOP INTERRUPTING!!!!"
