The first official poster and a new teaser video of the follow-up to 'Fifty Shades of Grey' have arrived, showing Anastasia Steele who wears a mask and is ready for a masquerade ball.

Universal Pictures has debuted the first official poster of "Fifty Shades Darker" along with a new teaser video for its upcoming official trailer, which will be released on Tuesday, September 13. Both of them feature Anastasia Steele, the leading lady of the follow-up to "Fifty Shades of Grey" who is portrayed by Dakota Johnson.
The poster shows Anastasia sitting in front of her lover Christian Grey (Jamie Dornan). He is seen tenderly putting a lace mask over her face as her eyes pierce the camera. Meanwhile, the 19-second video sees Christian asking her, "Intrigued?" as they are looking at each other in the mirror. "Tomorrow, slip into something, a shade darker," the caption reads.
Directed by "House of Cards" helmer James Foley, the second installment of the "Fifty Shades" film franchise is scheduled to be released on February 10, 2017 in U.S. theaters. It follows Christian who wrestles with his inner demons. Meanwhile, Anastasia must confront the anger and envy of the women who came before her.
Niall Leonard provides the screenplay based on a novel of the same name by his wife, E.L. James. James also serves as a producer along with Michael De Luca, Dana Brunetti and Marcus Viscidi. "Fifty Shades Darker" also sees the return of Kim Basinger, Luke Grimes, Rita Ora, Marcia Gay Harden, Max Martini, Eloise Mumford and Viktor Rasuk.
