The 'Charmed' alum claims a small victory in her legal battle against former manager as she continues battling breast cancer.

Shannen Doherty has reached a settlement in a lawsuit against her former manager. The actress blamed Tanner, Mainstain, Glynn & Johnson for mismanaging her money and getting her health insurance policy canceled.

The settlement was filed last week. Details are kept under wraps, but the deal is conditional and contingent on "the satisfactory completion of specified terms that are to be performed within 45 days of the date of settlement."

Shannen Doherty sued her ex-manager in 2015, blaming them for the delay of her cancer diagnosis. She claimed a mastectomy and chemotherapy treatment could have been avoided if the firm hadn't failed to pay her medical insurance coverage for the year 2014.

The lapse led to the cancellation of her policy. Only after getting her insurance back in 2015, she started seeing doctors again and found out she had "invasive breast cancer metastatic to at least one lymph node." According to her doctor, the cancer spread during 2014 when she was uninsured.

Doherty has since shaved her hair as she is undergoing treatment. Early this month, she revealed that her cancer had spread. "From one of my surgeries we discovered that some of the cancer cells might have actually gone out of the lymph nodes," she said. "So for that reason, we are doing chemo, and then after chemo, I'll do radiation."
