Michelle Pugh is suing Kelly because she felt 'slut-shamed, bullied and harassed' following a series of tweets posted by the former 'Fashion Police' host back in May.

Kelly Osbourne is being sued by her father Ozzy Osbourne's mistress Michelle Pugh for defamation. Michelle claims in her suit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, she felt "slut-shamed, bullied and harassed" following a series of tweets previously posted by Kelly.
Michelle denies her relationship with Ozzy was a fling. She claims that the elder abuse accusation by Kelly is not only wrong but defamatory. Because of the tweets, she's been emotionally damaged and lost business as a celebrity stylist.
According to Michelle's suit, obtained by TMZ, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne didn't break up due to infidelity. The hairstylist claims that it was the couple's arguments involving financial issues and control that caused the split. She also denies Ozzy financially supports her.
Kelly hasn't commented on the issue yet.
Back in May, Kelly tweeted Michelle's phone number and took a jab at her after the former "Fashion Police" host found out about Ozzy's secret affair. "Anyone looking for cheap chunky LOW-lights a blow out and a blowjob call...," she wrote, before deleting it shortly afterwards.
