Lea Michele bares all for the Women's Health U.K. Covering the magazine's annual naked issue, the former "Glee" actress strikes several seductive poses in her birthday suit and talks about her body in an accompanying interview.

In the front page, Lea shows off some of her tattoos as she peeps over one shoulder, smiles at the camera and covers her boob with her hand. Still naked, she lies on the floor in another photo and back-faces the camera while flaunting her bare butt in another.

Speaking to the magazine, Lea says that going nude "isn't really an issue" for her. "Right now, I feel physically in my best shape, and emotionally in my best place," she explains. "I'm not perfect. I'm not trying to represent myself as being some perfect girl, but I love myself, flaws and all."

Lea also shares with the magazine the secret to her fit physique, saying she began going to SoulCycle after leaving "Glee" to replace all the hours she usually spent dancing. "I'm not the kind of person who would go to the gym. For me, working out has to be good for my mind too, and when I leave, the endorphins are buzzing, I'm glowing and I feel like I can take on the world," she says.

But like everybody else, the 29-year-old beauty sometimes has bad days too. "I have down days. I accept those days as much as the happy ones," she tells the magazine before revealing how she gets over those down days.

"[I] make some macaroni cheese, call my mom, pour a glass of red wine and watch some reality television. There's nothing that can't fix," she shares. "I keep my home almost completely gluten free and vegan, which I think is important because when you reach for a snack at home, then you're getting something healthy."
