Lil Wayne took to Instagram on Tuesday, July 12 to announce "Lil Weezyana Fest 2". The second edition of "Lil Weezyana Fest" will feature 2 Chainz and plenty of special guests that have yet to be revealed.
A poster for the event showed Weezy in cartoon jumping on a skateboard while throwing up a peace sign. He was surrounded by bikini-clad girls. He captioned it, "If you heard about last year you kno whats goin 2 happen this year! Lil Weezyana Fest 2!! Bringin my bro @hairweavekiller with me ColleGrove Edition Let's Go!"
"Lil Weezyana Fest" was a success last year with featured performances from Drake, Curren$y, Master P and more.
Earlier in the day, Weezy assured fans that he's good following a report he was hospitalized after another seizure last week. "False Alarm! I appreciate da prayers and konsern but I'm good!!! Luv!!!!" the "Mirror" rapper tweeted.
Weezy's friends, including Nicki Minaj and 2 Chainz, reportedly feared the worst following his latest hospitalization. A source told HollywoodLife.com, "Lil Wayne's got issues, bro. It's like he has a death wish by the way he's taking care of himself. Every night is a party. Nicki and 2 Chainz have been talking to him behind the scenes, trying to get him to slow down but they're not getting through to him. At this point, those close to him expect the worst."
"Nicki has told him in the past that his ass needs to stop risking his life," said another source, noting that the "Anaconda" rapper planned to "grill him like never before once he's 100-percent in perfect health."
