Lil Wayne suffered a seizure during a cross-country flight on Monday afternoon, June 13, forcing his private jet to make emergency landing in Nebraska. The rapper was flying from Milwaukee to California when the seizure struck.
Sources told TMZ that he'd blacked out when the pilot put the jet down in Omaha. He refused medical treatment and went back onto his private jet. He then suffered a second seizure when his plane was in the air for minutes.
The plane was once again forced to land in Omaha. Paramedics reportedly treated Weezy on the aircraft before he was transported to a hospital by an ambulance.
Weezy's rep hasn't commented on his latest hospitalization yet.
The "Mirror" rapper has epileptic and has suffered seizures since childhood. He previously revealed that he quit drinking lean because of his seizures. Back in 2012, his private jet made emergency landings two days in a row. He also suffered seizures in 2013, one of which was nearly fatal.
