Laith Al-Saadi, Hannah Huston, Alisan Porter and Adam Wakefield debut their original songs in addition to singing covers and duets with their coaches.

AceShowbiz - "The Voice" is just one day shy of wrapping up its 10th season. On Monday night, May 23, the four finalists Laith Al-Saadi, Hannah Huston, Alisan Porter and Adam Wakefield sang an original song they wrote or co-wrote, a cover and a duet with their coach each.

Team Adam Levine's Laith kicked it off with a cover of "White Room" by Cream, playing the guitar. Laith may not have the best voice in the competition, but he knew how to deliver an energetic rock performance.

Alisan of Team Christina Aguilera followed it up with her original song, "Down That Road". The song reflected her story of overcoming hardship and following her dreams. The lyrics are simple, but one thing clear was that Alisan has an amazing voice. Adam (the coach) admitted that her voice deserved to win.

Next, Adam (the contestant) and his coach Blake Shelton sang "The Conversation" by Hank Williams Jr. and Waylon Jennings. They made a good country duo and their performance was fun.

For her first performance that night, Team Pharrell Williams' Hannah sang "Every Breath You Take" by The Police. Her version was dark and moody. Blake said, "That was so risky, but I think it's going to be a huge reward."

It was followed with a duet by Laith and his coach Adam. The Maroon 5 frontman played guitar and drums while singing a medley of The Beatles' songs with Laith. While Laith's voice couldn't match Adam's, he did show his musicality.

Alisan also sang a duet with Christina, performing "You've Got a Friend in Me". Both singers have powerful voices, but they didn't try to outdo each other so the result was quite beautiful.

Adam later returned with his original song "Lonesome, Broken, and Blue". It's a country song with some bluegrass influence. Blake couldn't help praising his protege's songwriting abilities, as Pharrell said he liked "all the different sides" to Adam.

Hannah and Pharrell performed their duet next, singing "Brand New". The song, which Pharrell originally recorded with Justin Timberlake, didn't suit Hannah's voice.

Laith then debuted his original song "Morning Light". It highlighted the guitar riffs instead of his vocals. Pharrell urged everyone to buy the song, while Adam was just happy that Laith was happy to be doing this.

Returning for his third performance, Adam Wakefield sang "When I Call Your Name" by Vince Gill which was a perfect choice for him. Adam Levine praised him for making the best creative choices of all the finalists.

Up next was Hannah with her original song "I Call the Shots", which she co-wrote with Pharrell. It was cool and moody, and embodied her journey on the show.

Alisan delivered the last performance of the night, singing "Somewhere". She once again reminded us why she has become a frontrunner since the beginning and now she's in the finals. She and Adam clearly have a big shot to win this competition.

The winner will be revealed Tuesday, May 24 at 9 P.M. on NBC.
