AceShowbiz - Model Chloe Goins is dragging Hugh Hefner into a new sexual assault lawsuit against Bill Cosby. In her new suit, filed on Monday, May 16, Chloe claimed Hugh was part of "conspiracy" when Bill doped and groped her inside the Playboy Mansion in 2008.

According to the suit, Hugh lived at the mansion at the time. The 90-year-old businessman is responsible because he served alcohol to Chloe as a minor, introduced her to Bill and "knew or should have known defendant Cosby had a propensity for intoxicating and or drugging young women and taking advantage of them sexually and against their will or while they were unconscious."

Chloe said she was "shocked, hurt and psychologically impacted and damaged as a result of this traumatic incident at such a young age and this psychological torment has caused her serious harm and life-long harm and injury."

Chloe's lawyer Spencer Kuvin told the Daily News, "We didn't go away. We just didn't want to publicize what we were doing. As we continued to investigate, we found additional evidence that we felt pointed toward Mr. Hefner being complicit. We thought it was more judicious to file in state court, where we'd have more leeway with respect to discovery."

"It's obviously kind of sad. Mr. Hefner is 90 years old now, and we're suing him for what he's done the 30-plus years he was friends with Mr. Cosby. It doesn't make us happy, but I don't think he should get away without being held accountable for being complicit," Spencer added. "[Chloe] is fully behind the new complaint. She was disappointed when Los Angeles authorities didn't prosecute, but she understood they had a higher standard to meet. We feel we'll be able to proceed in a civil action."

Neither Hugh nor Bill's representatives have commented on the new lawsuit yet.

Chloe initially filed her suit against Bill in October 2015. The model, however, voluntarily dropped the suit without any explanation in February after Los Angeles prosecutors declined to press criminal charges against the comedian.
