While 'Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising' hasn't even hit theaters yet, Seth and Zac already shared a teaser trailer for a possible third installment.

Seth Rogen and Zac Efron are so serious about "Neighbors 3" that they've created a trailer for it. Titled "Neighbors 3: Zombies Rising", the trailer is released ahead of "Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising" release on Friday, May 20.
In the trailer, Seth and Zac can be seen arguing over a way to kill a zombie. "I think we have to kill it," Seth tells Zac about a ravenous zombie tied to a chair in the basement. "I don't know man, I've never killed anything before," Zac responds. Seth says, "Well, neither am I. Except my hamster when I was a kid. I sat on him by accident. I don't count that."
Seth later attempts to "kill its brain" with a medieval sword, which he admits to stealing from a renaissance fair during the onset of the zombie apocalypse. But just before Seth kills the zombie, Zac notices the zombie is wearing a "Delta Psi" fraternity shirt.
"You can't kill him. That's my brother," Zac says, "I know you can't see it, but underneath that messed up face, there's a cool brother." Seth responds, "He's not your brother, he's not even a person anymore!" The two begin fighting each other over whether or not to kill the zombie before the undead man is accidentally killed by them.
