Bill Cosby is facing another lawsuit for alleged sexual assault. Model Chloe Goins who first accused the 78-year-old comedian in January of sexually assaulting her at the Playboy Mansion in 2008 has filed a lawsuit against him in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles.

"Bill Cosby touched an intimate part of Chloe Goins' body while she was seriously disabled and/or unconscious," her lawsuit states. The model is seeking punitive damages for mental anguish and loss of self-esteem and dignity among others.

"The nature of these activities establishes a history of a serial rapist that has been conducting these horrendous activities against women for over the last 40 years," she also says in the legal papers, referring to more than 50 women who came forward over the past year with similar accusations against him.

The "Cosby Show" star denied all allegations and has never been charged due to statutes of limitations but he once settled a case out of court in 2005. Goins' allegation, however, is expected to move forward because her case hasn't fallen outside the time limit for legal action.

"Today I recognize that I've taken legal action that many of the other victims of Bill Cosby will never be able to take. This has gone on long enough, it's time Bill Cosby was held accountable for his crimes," so the plaintiff told reporters.

27 of Bill Cosby accusers are scheduled to sit down with Kate Snow on NBC's "Dateline". In the special episode dubbed "The Cosby Accusers Speak" due Friday, October 9, lawyer Gloria Allred who represents many of those women will also give an interview.

Cosby himself always refused to address the issues as the accusations kept piling up, but he will have to speak on Friday in a deposition, in relation to the allegations that he molested Judy Huth during a party at the Playboy Mansion in 1974.
