Lamar Odom has once again been caught drinking. Months after he was found nearly dead at a Nevada brothel, the former NBA player was photographed indulging in some cognac at a bar inside the Beverly Center shopping mall in Los Angeles.
TMZ, which obtained some photos of Odom boozing, said that he visited the mall with a friend on Sunday afternoon, May 8. He treated himself to the cognac while his friend shopped for shoes. He reportedly also chatted with some ladies before paying $60 and leaving.
This is Odom's second time to have been spotted drinking alcoholic beverages in public since his hospitalization late last year. Previously, he ordered 3 Remy Martins before going to church with wife Khloe Kardashian and her famous family on Easter Sunday.
The new pictures of Odom drinking alcohol interestingly came around the same time he discussed his brush with death in the latest episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians". "I kinda want him to be a little more afraid," his wife said. "Bad things can happen if you go back to that life. This is, like, a second chance."
Odom seemed to agree, telling Kardashian, "The last time I came to New York, my cousin was killed. And then the day after that, I got into a car accident, and that kid died in front of me. So I do. There's a thin line between life and death."
