It's getting ugly between Charlie Sheen and his ex Brett Rossi. She has filed an emergency restraining order against the actor on Friday, April 1 because she was scared that he would physically harm her.

Rossi went to the Los Angeles Police Department in Van Nuys, California on Thursday to report some of the incident that happened between her and Sheen, TMZ said. Cops then filed for an emergency 7-day restraining order against Charlie for Rossi. A judge granted her wish on Friday and Rossi plans to extend the order next week.

It's unclear what happened between the ex lovers but an insider told FOX 411 that Rossi feared for her life. She allegedly read in tabloid National Enquirer which released an alleged transcripts of a phone call from Sheen to another woman. He was quoted as saying, "This piece of s**t needs to be fu**ing buried. ...Family of gangsters. You get it."

Rossi's attorney said in a released statement, "Ms. Rossi is terrified after listening to the recording of Mr. Sheen apparently threatening her life. She takes the threat as being serious, given what she knows about Mr. Sheen. She will take all necessary steps with law enforcement and the courts to protect herself."

Sheen fired back at the order via his lawyer, saying the move was simply "publicity stunt".
