The 'Paper Towns' actress reportedly proposed to her beloved girlfriend while they were spending a romantic night at the Eiffel Tower in Paris.

AceShowbiz - Cara Delevingne reportedly proposed to her girlfriend St. Vincent earlier this month in Paris. According to an eyewitness, the "Paper Towns" actress got down on one knee while she and Vincent were visiting the Eiffel Tower, where Cara is filming her latest movie.
"There are two lifts going up the tower and they were in the one ahead. As my group got out of the lift I could see Cara on bended knee, clearly proposing to her girlfriend," the eyewitness told The Sun. While the source claimed that Delevingne really made such gesture, it's unknown whether she popped the question with a ring. "It was really touching. Cara obviously likes to do things traditionally," the source added.
The pair first sparked engagement rumor back in May 2015 after Vincent posted a snap of a note which read, "Marry me, Annie Clark." The pair were then rumored breaking up in July 2015, but a few days later Delevingne debunked the rumor by taking Vincent to the premiere of "Paper Towns" in New York. In October 2015, people once again speculated that the two got engaged as they were spotted wearing similar rings on their left ring finger at the Paris Fashion Week.
