The 'American Crime Story' star reveals that his 'Jerry Maguire' co-star had cosmetic surgery to help him look so young.

AceShowbiz - Cuba Gooding Jr. believes Tom Cruise has had work done on his face. During an appearance on "Watch What Happens Live" on Thursday, February 4, host Andy Cohen asked Cuba about his co-stars including Tom, Beyonce Knowles, Helen Mirren.
Andy asked Cuba, "Tom Cruise. He always looks youthful. Do you think he's had any work done on his face?" The "American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson" star replied, "Absolutely yes!" The host asked again, "What do you think he has done?" Cuba answered, "I don't know what he has done, but I surprised him at his house one day and he had all these little red dots over his face."
"And I said, 'You alright?' and he said, 'I didn't know you were coming.' And I was like, 'I can see why!' " he continued. Andy suggested that the red dots might have been the result of "injections." Cuba concluded, "I don't know that's his own business."
Cuba was then asked if he enjoyed his on-screen kiss with Beyonce. "Did you slip [her] any tongue?" Andy asked to which the actor replied, "She was so nervous and had never done a kiss on screen, so I had to relax her lips." When asked about Helen's sexiest body part, Cuba answered her "breasts."
