AceShowbiz - It seems like One Direction's former member Zayn Malik has denied that he is dating supermodel Gigi Hadid, despite ongoing rumor and several outings together. The 23-year-old singer made fans confused about the status of his relationship with the 20-year-old model, saying that they're just "good friends."
In an interview with Apple Music's Beats 1 on Thursday, January 28, Zayn was asked whether he's "in a relationship" with Gigi, but he seemed to send mixed messages about the matter. "Yeah," he said. "We're good friends."
The pair first sparked dating rumor back in November 2015, two weeks after Gigi split from ex-boyfriend Joe Jonas. Zayn and Gigi were spotted together several times, like when they were photographed holding hands after having a date night in West Hollywood.
The pair also reportedly shared stuff as Zayn posted on Twitter a photo of himself wearing glasses that were similar to Gigi's. Sources suggested that the two were only "having fun," but they continued to show off their closeness by sharing photos of each other on social media. In December 2015, Zayn posted a cheek-to-cheek photo and the supermodel uploaded a photo of the singer holding her cat earlier this month.
