Kristin Cavallari was rushed to the hospital on Thursday, January 21 after she got involved in a car accident in Chicago. The reality show star is expected to be discharged from the hospital soon because she had no serious injury.

According to many reports, Cavallari was inside a vehicle which was struck by another car. Her three young kids were reportedly not with her at the time. Her husband Jay Cutler immediately visited her at the hospital as soon as he heard. Police were also at the hospital to take reports.

The accident is the second family tragedy in the past two months. Cavallari lost her brother Michael who was found dead on December 10 after going missing in Utah for two weeks. Grand County Sheriff Steven White said hypothermia might have been a contributing factor in his death.
