Guess which other DC Comics character who will appear on "DC's Legends of Tomorrow" besides members of the titular team! It's Jonah Hex. Executive producer Marc Guggenheim confirms the news in a statement.

"Ever since we decided that Legends would involve time-travel, we were eager to do a story set in the Old West," he says, "But if you're going to do a story set in the DC Universe version of the Old West, you simply must include Jonah Hex in it. We're thrilled about bringing another well known, beloved DC character to television."

Jonah Hex is a Civil War veteran turned bounty hunter who has a badly scarred face, known as the mark of the demon. The character was brought to life in 2010's film "Jonah Hex" starring Josh Brolin in the title role.

While there's no word who will play the character on The CW's series, he's set to debut in episode 11 of "Legends" with the possibility to recur. It will mark the first time Jonah Hex appears in the live-action DC television universe.

"Legends of Tomorrow" features time-traveling rogue Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill), Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller), Heat Wave (Dominic Purcell), Martin Stein (Victor Garber), Jay Jackson (Franz Drameh), The Atom (Brandon Routh), White Canary (Caity Lotz), Hawkman (Falk Hentschel) and Hawkgirl (Ciara Renee).

It will debut Thursday, January 21 at 8 P.M. on The CW. Two new promos have been released to tide fans over the show's premiere.
