Skylar Astin and girlfriend Anna Camp had been vacationing on the Hawaiian island of Kauai and he thought it was the perfect time to ask her hand in marriage. She said yes.
The "Pitch Perfect" co-stars announced their engagement via Instagram on Saturday, January 2. "I asked. She said yes!!!" Astin wrote as he shared a photo of him, Camp and the engagement ring. She posted the same pic on her Instagram account and wrote, "He asked. I said YES!!!!"
This would be Astin's first marriage and second for Camp. The 33-year-old actress was previously married to actor Michael Mosley for three years before they filed for divorce in 2013. In June that year, Camp started going out with Astin who was five years her junior.
Camp and Astin reportedly had known each other before starring opposite each other in "Pitch Perfect". They did not star as love interests in the 2012 film but sparks flew behind the scene. Both of them also appeared in the movie's 2015 sequel.
