AceShowbiz - As police continue searching for Kristin Cavallari's missing brother, details of what happened before he vanished are uncovered. According to police documents, Michael Cavallari was arrested on November 23 with a loaded shotgun.
30-year-old Michael was allegedly arrested outside a city hall in southern California after an unnamed woman called police informing that Jay Cutler's brother-in-law had been outside her apartment with a gun.
The woman claimed Michael kept returning to her place after they had argument days earlier. When Michael was approached by police, he admitted to having a loaded shotgun in his trunk but insisted that he didn't do anything to the woman.
Michael's Honda Civic was found abandoned off the highway in Utah with the airbag deployed. He was previously spotted at a convenience store, asking for directions to Salt Lake City. He hasn't contacted anyone since his car was found.
