Twitter recently released a list of 10 most retweeted tweets in 2015 and Harry Styles made it to the top of the list with a heart-warming tweet after Zayn Malik exited the group.

AceShowbiz - In social media world, a boyband is clearly more popular than a president. Twitter recently released a list of 10 most retweeted tweets in 2015 and a member of One Direction, Harry Styles, made it to the top of the list, beating the President of the U.S. Barack Obama.

Harry's tweet, which was retweeted 716,438 times and favorited by 740,674 users, read, "All the love as always. H." The tweet was posted after news broke that Zayn Malik decided to leave the group back in March. On the other hand, Zayn made it to the second place of the list with his supportive tweet to his former bandmates when they released song "Drag Me Down" in August. "Proud of my boys the new single is sick. Big love. :) x," read Zayn's tweet.

Following Zayn in the third place was another 1D member, Liam Payne. Celebrating the fifth anniversary of the group, Liam tweeted, "Wowwwww 5 years 5 boys what an amazing journey I couldn't thank you all ever enough and thank you Louis Niall Harry and zayn for everything." The said tweet was retweeted by 495,413 users.

President Obama only got the fourth place with his tweet about the Supreme Court ruling's to legalize gay marriage in the U.S. "Today is a big step in our march toward equality. Gay and lesbian couples now have the right to marry, just like anyone else. #LoveWins," so he wrote. A tweet from another member of 1D, Louis Tomlinson, managed to take the fifth place. In his tweet, Louis expressed gratitude and love for having very supportive fans.

King Salman from Saudi Arabia has the sixth most retweeted tweet on the list. He tweeted a message of prayer and support to his people shortly after he was crowned in January. Kanye West made it to the seventh place with an inspirational tweet which read, "Please: Do everything you possibly can in one lifetime."

The last member of 1D, Niall Horan, managed to get the sixth place with a happy birthday tweet for his bandmate Liam. The tweet which was retweeted 322,241 times featured a candid picture of Niall and Liam onstage making "strange faces."

Late actor Leonard Nimoy has the ninth most retweeted tweet which he posted before he passed away. "A life is like a garden. Perfect moments can be had, but not preserved, except in memory. LLAP," read his last tweet. Caitlyn Jenner, who was recognized by the Guinness World Records as the fastest person to get 1 million followers on Twitter, grabbed the final spot with her first tweet on the social media.
