Lady GaGa's "Poker Face" is officially certified Diamond. The RIAA announced via Twitter on Monday, November 30 that the Mother Monster's 2008 single had gone 10X Platinum, meaning it had been sold at least 10 million units in the U.S. alone. In the digital era, one unit is equal to one digital download or 100 streams.

Lifted off GaGa's debut album "The Fame", "Poker Face" is the singer's second single to reach the Diamond status. Her previous track to achieve the massive feat was "Bad Romance", which crossed the 10 million mark back in 2013 and made the 29-year-old the first female recipient of the Digital Diamond Award.

This news came just a few days before GaGa gets feted as Woman of the Year at Billboard's Women in Music event, set to be taped at Cipriani Midtown in New York on December 11 before airing later on Lifetime on December 18. The "Applause" hitmaker will be honored alongside other female artists including Missy Elliott, Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato and Lana Del Rey.
