Who would've known that Khloe Kardashian's new book might excite children? Well, not all children. At least, the book titled "Strong Looks Better Naked" did attract the reality TV star's little nieces, Penelope Disick and North West.
Khloe shared on Thursday, November 19 an adorable Instagram picture of the two girls smiling widely while holding a copy of the book, which features the 31-year-old star posing naked on the cover, in what looks like a bookstore.
"I can't stop smiling when I look at this photo! I love my little ladies!!" the proud auntie captioned the snap. "They were so excited and kept screaming 'KoKo!' 'KoKo!' North calls me 'KoKo Loco.' "
Khloe posted the cute picture of Penelope and North just a day after she canceled a book tour appearance due to mysterious illness. "I'm sick &dr's orders are that I need to lay low until we narrow down what's wrong," she said in a tweet sent out on Wednesday. She added that she'd be "going for more testing" and hinted that her condition had something to do with stress.
Following the cancellation, E! News said Khloe had "an infection but hasn't been diagnosed yet." Meanwhile, TMZ claimed she had a serious staph infection which she contracted while she's taking care of her estranged husband Lamar Odom in the hospital.
