Blake Shelton opened up on his divorce from Miranda Lambert. Shelton claimed that he and his ex were still friends. "Our whole thing was: You know, we're just going to be cool about this. It is what it is," he said. "We're buddies."

"In Oklahoma, it happens so fast," the country music crooner explained. "Miranda and I didn't have any kids, and we had our prenuptial agreement, whatever we had. Once we filed for divorce, it was over in a nine- or 10-day waiting period."

"The Voice" judge added during his visit to "The Bobby Bones Show", "We knew if rumblings and rumors started coming out, they would be just that, because by the time anybody knew anything, it was over - it was done."

Shelton also talked about the prank he pulled on paparazzi. He pushed a baby stroller in the parking lot of "The Voice" set after the divorce went public. "I was like 'Screw those guys; I'm going out there and am gonna give 'em something to talk about,' " he said. "So I said, put that bottle of vodka in that stroller, and I'm gonna push it out to the car."

Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert married in 2011 after five years of dating. They split in July. "This is not the future we envisioned. And it is with heavy hearts that we move forward separately. We are real people, with real lives, with real families, friends and colleagues. Therefore, we kindly ask for privacy and compassion concerning this very personal matter," they said.
