The actor who plays Deathstroke on 'Arrow' is accused of punching a man in San Antonio where he was scheduled to attend Comic-Con.

AceShowbiz - Manu Bennett landed in the slammer following an altercation in San Antonio. The actor best known for his villainous roles as Azog in "The Hobbit" and Deathstroke on "Arrow" was arrested for assaulting fellow partygoer over the weekend.

Bennett, 45, was in the city to attend the Alamo City Comic-Con on Saturday and Sunday. He was taken into custody after allegedly "punching a 29-year-old male during a disturbance at a party," the San Antonio Police Department revealed to PEOPLE.

The incident reportedly happened at the Grand Hyatt Hotel. After the fight, he was detained by police on $1,600 bond. He has since been released. According to TMZ, at first he said he didn't remember the fight but then said he was defending himself.
